Having the chance to test drive Tesla’s Cybertruck "Beast" over a weekend was an experience unlike any other. With Tesla’s new 48-hour test drive initiative, I was eager to see if this futuristic truck lived up to the hype. Here’s how my weekend unfolded with this remarkable vehicle.
First Impressions
Although this wasn’t my first encounter with the Cybertruck, picking it up from the Tesla showroom in Mechanicsburg was exciting. The staff made the process smooth, getting me behind the wheel in less than five minutes. My friend, who was skeptical about its design, was captivated by the sleek and minimalist interior.
Despite a few cleanliness issues resolved with a bit of personal effort, the truck was in impressive condition. Driving to a local diner almost 45 minutes away, I noticed heads turning to catch a glimpse of this futuristic vehicle, reflecting its impact on onlookers.
Experiencing the Cybertruck
Starting the weekend with a round of golf surprised my friends, who hadn’t anticipated the arrival of such an innovative vehicle. They admired the glass ceiling and the ability to set the cabin temperature remotely—a feature they instantly envied with summer fast approaching.
